I did take a few days to organize and clean my work area, the home stuff proceeds at a slower pace (after hours, weekends, etc). I also have a framework for organizing everything, over time. GTD = Getting Things Done, based on a 2002 book by David Allen, and I think it's a really neat system (though I'm new to it, I could be in the honeymoon phase!). Pagico looks really, really nice although it seems more focused on project management. I know there are a few people working on apps in this area though but who knows when they'll be released. While there's been a fair bit of innovation in calendaring apps - especially on iOS - the total package type of apps are really underserved. (A big deal if you are using it with a phone) However honestly Daylight is the best choice on the platform at the moment. When I did look at it 2 years ago I found its UI to be too cluttered/confusing and I didn't like the indirect way it synced with the normal Apple data stores. 7.The best choice used to be Contactizer. You can use different colors as done here or you can stick with one or two colors depending on your taste.
